Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kirat Creations website and the supply of our products and services, including signage, graphics, display units, fabrication and installation work ("Services"). By using this website or engaging us for Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotations are based on the specifications, artwork, dimensions and site conditions provided at the time of enquiry. Changes to scope may revise the price and timeline.
  • An order is confirmed only on receipt of a written acceptance (email or signed quotation) and the agreed advance payment.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders require an advance payment of 50% to commence work, with the balance due on completion and before or at the time of installation/dispatch.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which will be charged additionally as per law.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum and suspension of work or warranty support until dues are cleared.
  • Goods remain the property of Kirat Creations until full payment is received.

3. Artwork, Proofs & Approvals

  • Production begins only after written approval of final artwork, proofs, drawings or samples by the client.
  • The client is responsible for verifying all content — spellings, logos, colours, dimensions and placement — before approval. Kirat Creations is not liable for errors approved by the client.
  • Colours on screen or in digital proofs may vary from final printed or fabricated output due to material and process differences. Minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Client Materials & Intellectual Property

  • The client warrants that all logos, artwork, content and trademarks supplied to us are owned by or licensed to the client, and indemnifies Kirat Creations against any third-party claims arising from their use.
  • Design concepts, drawings and artwork created by Kirat Creations remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, after which agreed deliverables transfer to the client.
  • Kirat Creations may photograph completed work and use it in its portfolio, website and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery, Installation & Site Conditions

  • Delivery and installation timelines are estimates given in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by client-side approvals, site readiness, third parties, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • The client must ensure the site is accessible, structurally suitable and ready for installation, with power supply and necessary permissions (landlord, society, municipal or licensing approvals) in place. Statutory signage permissions and fees are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any civil work, scaffolding or special access equipment beyond the agreed scope will be charged additionally.
  • Risk in goods passes to the client on delivery to site; title passes on full payment.

6. Warranty

  • Fabricated signage and display units carry a workmanship warranty of 12 months from installation unless stated otherwise in the quotation. Electrical components such as LED modules and power supplies carry the respective manufacturer's warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, vandalism, unauthorised repair or modification, electrical surges, extreme weather, or normal wear, fading and weathering of materials.
  • Warranty claims require the original invoice and are limited to repair or replacement of the affected part. Warranty is void while payments remain outstanding.

7. Cancellations & Returns

  • As all work is custom-made to order, cancellations after artwork approval or commencement of production will be charged for work completed and materials procured up to the date of cancellation.
  • Custom-fabricated goods are not returnable. Defects must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery or installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Kirat Creations arising out of any order or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue or goodwill.

9. Website Use

Content on this website — including text, images, designs and project photographs — is the property of Kirat Creations or its clients and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We may update this website and these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
